1. Who we are

Aries Aesthetic and Dental Clinic (“Aries Clinic”, “we”), PT01, Amwaj Plaza, The Walk, JBR, Dubai. This policy explains what information this page collects, why, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

  • What you send us: your name and phone number, and if you choose to give them, your email address, the treatment area you picked and your question. Anything you write about your health is shared voluntarily, to help us answer your enquiry.
  • WhatsApp: when you tap a WhatsApp button, the message we prepare contains a short reference code (for example “Ref: G-7K2QX”) that links your chat to the visit it came from.
  • Visit and campaign data: the address of the page, the advertising details in it (such as UTM parameters and Google or Meta click identifiers), the page you arrived from, your browser, language, time zone and screen size, and a random visitor and session number.

3. Cookies and similar technology

  • Our own cookies, starting with aries_, remember a random visitor number (up to 400 days), your current visit (30 minutes) and the advertising campaign that brought you (90 days). A copy may be kept in your browser’s local storage. They contain nothing that identifies you by name.
  • Google Tag Manager loads Google Ads and Google Analytics, which measure which campaigns bring enquiries, and Microsoft Clarity, which shows how the page is used.
  • PostHog records how visitors use the page (clicks, scrolling, page recordings) so we can improve it. Everything you type into the form is hidden from these recordings.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; the page and the form keep working.

4. How we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and arrange your consultation;
  • To contact you by WhatsApp, phone call or email about your enquiry, as you agree to when you submit the form or message us; and
  • To measure which advertising campaigns and pages bring enquiries, so we can improve them.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It is handled by our team and by the service providers that run our enquiry system, website and the measurement tools named above, on our behalf. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email contact@ariesclinic.com with your name and the phone number or email you contacted us with. We may keep limited information where the law requires it.
